Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.

Non-Refundable

• Completed work
• Ongoing campaigns after initiation
• Strategy, audits, and consulting services

Conditional Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

• Work has not yet started
• A written request is submitted within 48 hours of payment

Campaign Services

For 4-month campaigns:

• Payments are typically non-refundable once execution begins
• Early termination does not guarantee refunds

Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact us before initiating chargebacks.
