We would rather refund a client than keep money from someone who feels cheated. But SEO is labor, not a product on a shelf, and once the hours are spent they cannot be unspent. So here is exactly where the line sits.
Digital products
Guides, templates, and downloadable tools bought on this site can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, no interrogation, provided the product is faulty, not as described, or simply not what you needed. Email us and we will process it.
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated buy-download-refund cycles.
Services and campaigns
- Before work starts. If you have paid but we have not begun, you get a full refund.
- After work starts. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable, because the time was genuinely spent. If you cancel mid-campaign, you pay for the work delivered up to that date and we refund the unearned balance.
- Fixed-scope deliverables such as an audit are non-refundable once delivered, because the deliverable is the thing you bought and you now have it.
What is never refundable
- Rankings that did not move as fast as you hoped. We do not guarantee results, we guarantee the work. If we did the agreed work properly, that is the deal we made. See the Avis de non-responsabilité en matière de référencement.
- Third-party spend, such as ad budget already spent with Google or Meta, or fees paid to tools on your behalf. That money is gone to them, not to us.
If we got it wrong
If we did not do the work we agreed, tell us. We will either fix it at no charge or refund the portion that was not delivered. That is not a grudging concession, it is the whole basis on which we want to operate.
How to request a refund
Courriel growth@wpconsults.com with “Refund” in the subject line, your order or invoice number, and what went wrong. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before filing a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fee and freezes the conversation. We have never refused a legitimate refund and we are not about to start.
