What we own
Everything on this website, including the articles, images, design, code, tools, and plugins, is owned by WpConsults LLC or used with permission. Our brand name and logo are ours.
We also own our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, checklists, and internal tools. We use them on client work, and we keep using them afterward. That is not a claim on anything you gave us; it is a statement that our toolkit stays our toolkit.
What clients own
Work created specifically for you under a paid engagement becomes yours on full payment, unless your contract says otherwise.
Content you gave us, your brand, your data, and your site remain yours throughout. We claim nothing over them.
Using our content
You may quote or reference our articles with clear attribution and a link back. That is a compliment and we welcome it.
You may not republish our articles in full, scrape them, spin them, or feed them into a product without permission. If you want to syndicate or translate something, ask. We usually say yes.
AI and machine learning
We publish for humans, and we accept that AI systems read and cite the open web; that is part of how modern search works now.
We do not consent to our content being scraped wholesale to train commercial models, and we do not waive any rights by publishing.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email legal@wpconsults.com with: the work you own, where on our site it appears, proof that you own it, and your contact details. We investigate promptly and remove anything infringing.
If you find our content republished elsewhere without permission, tell us and we will deal with it.
