Everything published on this site goes through the same system before it goes live. This page is the summary. The full detail is on the Content Team et Fact-Check Team pages.
Our standards
- We never invent a statistic or a source. If a number cannot be verified, it does not appear.
- Claims are traced to primary sources. The original documentation, study, or data set. A blog quoting a blog is not a source.
- Opinion is labeled as opinion. We take clear positions, and we make it obvious when a statement is our judgment rather than a fact.
- Vendor guidance is pressure-tested, Google included. When a source benefits from the claim it is making, we treat it as a position, not settled fact.
- Opinions come from real client work, not recycled theory.
- Plain English. If a concept is hard, we explain it simply rather than hiding behind jargon.
Information gain
We do not publish an article unless it adds something the pages already ranking do not have. If we cannot name that gap, we do not write it. This is why we publish less than we could.
Corrections
When we find an error, or a reader points one out, we fix the article and note that it was updated, with the date. If a correction changes the takeaway, we say what changed rather than quietly editing a word.

A note on tools
We use software, including AI, to speed up research and first drafts. It works inside our system: our knowledge, our sources, our standards. It does not get the last word and it does not publish anything. Every article is edited and approved by Abdullah Nouman before it goes out.
Who is accountable
Abdullah Nouman, founder of WpConsults, edits and publishes everything on this site.
