Note: a Data Processing Agreement is normally a signed contract between two businesses, not a web page. This page summarizes the commitments we make when we handle data on a client’s behalf.

When we are a processor
When you engage us and give us access to your systems, such as your CMS, Google Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, or customer data, you remain the data controller and we act as your data processor.
You decide why the data is used. We only act on your instructions.
What we commit to
- We only process your data on your documented instructions, and only to deliver the services you hired us for.
- We do not use your data for our own purposes. We do not sell it, mine it, or feed it into anything for our own benefit.
- We keep it confidential. Anyone we bring onto your project is bound by confidentiality before they touch anything.
- We apply reasonable security, including access controls, strong authentication, and least-privilege access. We ask for the minimum access needed to do the job, not blanket admin.
- We tell you about breaches without undue delay if we become aware of one affecting your data.
- We help you meet your obligations, including responding to data subject requests and impact assessments, as far as our role allows.
- We return or delete your data at the end of the engagement, on your instruction, except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.
Sub-processors
We use a small set of service providers to run our business, such as our hosting, email, and analytics tools. Where any of them process client data, they are bound by their own data protection terms.
We will tell you who they are on request, and give you notice of any material change.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. Where your data comes from the UK or the EEA, transfers rely on the safeguards our providers have in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
