These Terms govern your use of this website and any services you buy from us. If you engage us for a campaign, a separate written proposal or contract will also apply, and where it conflicts with this page, the signed contract wins.
Who you are contracting with
WpConsults is the trading name of WpConsults LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States.

The services we provide
- eCommerce SEO across Shopify, WooCommerce, and other major platforms.
- AI Search visibility, also called GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Agentic commerce optimization: preparing product data, feeds, and pages for AI shopping assistants.
- Technical SEO, including schema, site speed, and crawlability.
- Local SEO, and paid advertising for selected clients.
Engagements are typically fixed-term campaigns with a defined scope, though we also take one-off work and ongoing retainers. The scope, price, and duration are set out in your proposal, not here.
What we expect from you
- Give us accurate information. We cannot fix what you hide, and a campaign built on bad information wastes your money.
- Give us the access we need, such as the CMS, analytics, and Search Console, in a timely way. Delays in access are delays in results.
- Review and approve deliverables promptly. Work waiting on approval is work not compounding.
- Do not ask us to break the rules. We will not buy links, spam, cloak, scrape, or manipulate reviews, and we will not stay on a project where you are doing so behind us.
Payment
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Some engagements are invoiced and paid by bank transfer, ACH, or Wise.
- Campaigns may require an upfront payment or milestone payments, as set out in your proposal.
- If an invoice goes unpaid, we may pause work until it is settled. We will always tell you before we do.

No guarantee of results
This is the most important clause on this page, so we are not burying it.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, revenue, or AI citations. Search engines and AI systems are third parties whose algorithms we do not control and who change them without notice. Anyone who guarantees you a #1 ranking is either lying or planning to cheat, and cheating gets your site penalized.

Intellectual property
Work we produce remains our property until we have been paid in full. On full payment, ownership of the deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless your contract says otherwise.
We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, plugins, frameworks, templates, and methods, and we may reuse them. You keep ownership of everything you gave us. See the Intellectual Property Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost rankings, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us for the engagement the claim relates to.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
Either of us may end an engagement in line with the notice period in your contract. We may terminate immediately if these Terms are breached, if payment fails, or if you ask us to do something unethical or unlawful. On termination you pay for work done up to that point, and we hand over what you have paid for.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
