Approved communication tools includes email, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and ClickUp or other company-approved systems.

Team members should:

  • Avoid sharing confidential company information in unsecured channels.
  • Document important decisions and project updates.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All employees, contractors, and freelancers must protect confidential information, including:

  • SEO campaigns and reports
  • Internal processes and documents

Confidential company or client information must not be shared without permission.

Team members may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

8. Use of Company Property and Accounts

Company tools, accounts, software, and subscriptions must only be used for authorized business purposes.

Team members must not:

  • Share company passwords without approval.
  • Use company accounts for personal or illegal activities.
  • Download unauthorized software onto company devices.
  • Copy, steal, or misuse company files or client assets.

When a team member leaves the company, all company property, files, and access credentials must be returned or removed immediately.

9. Social Media and Public Representation

Employees and contractors should act responsibly when discussing WpConsults LLC online.

Team members must not:

  • Make false claims about company services or results.
  • Post offensive content that could harm the company’s reputation.
