Approved communication tools includes email, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and ClickUp or other company-approved systems.

- Keep communication clear, respectful, and professional.
- Avoid sharing confidential company information in unsecured channels.
- Document important decisions and project updates.

 

## **7. Confidentiality and Data Protection**

- SEO campaigns and reports
- Internal processes and documents

 

Confidential company or client information must not be shared without permission.

 

Team members may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Company tools, accounts, software, and subscriptions must only be used for authorized business purposes.

When a team member leaves the company, all company property, files, and access credentials must be returned or removed immediately.
