## General Policy

 

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.

 

## Non-Refundable

 

- Completed work
- Ongoing campaigns after initiation
- Strategy, audits, and consulting services

 

## Conditional Refunds

 

Refunds may be considered if:

 

- Work has not yet started
- A written request is submitted within 48 hours of payment

 

## Campaign Services

 

For 4-month campaigns:

 

- Payments are typically non-refundable once execution begins
- Early termination does not guarantee refunds

 

## Payment Disputes

 

Clients agree to contact us before initiating chargebacks.
