If it is complex and needs longer, we tell you that and give you a date rather than going quiet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>We tell you what we are doing about it<\/strong>, whether that is fixing the work, refunding you, or explaining honestly why we disagree.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who reads it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wpconsults.com\/abdullah-nouman\/\">Abdullah Nouman<\/a>, the founder. If you are not happy with our response, you can escalate to your national data protection authority.
